Normal taxi journeys
Pay by cash or card, including contactless, in the taxi. Published fixed fares are per car. Local metered estimates are a guide; waiting and traffic can affect the final metered fare.
Luggage-only transfers
We confirm the job and price first. Payment is required before collection. We’ll agree how to pay when confirming the handover and delivery arrangements.
Receipts for work or expenses
Ask for a receipt when arranging your journey or speaking to your driver. Companies can book for a colleague: provide the lead passenger’s details and the booking contact’s telephone number.
Booking and payment
The website does not collect card details or take payment when you send a journey request. Your taxi is booked only when Chris or Tom personally confirms availability and the arrangements. Never include card details in booking notes, WhatsApp messages or email. Read our booking information.
