Travelling for work
Meetings, conferences and visits to another office. Companies can book for a colleague, and receipts are available on request. Give us the passenger’s details and the booking contact.
London meetings, cruise departures, family visits or a journey across the country. Start from Seaford, Bishopstone, Alfriston or the surrounding area, with a local team to handle the drive.
Pre-booked journeys are available day and night, subject to availability. Early-morning and overnight travel needs advance confirmation.

Tell us where you need to be and when. We’ll agree the pickup, fare and any return arrangements before confirming.

These published fares take priority over mileage estimates. Other pickup areas, extra stops, waiting or unusual arrangements may need a different quote. Christmas and New Year tariff periods are quoted separately. Read the fare conditions.

A published fixed fare comes first. For journeys without one, this is our guide to the pricing.
Shorter journeys normally use the local meter tariff unless we agree a fixed fare. Any website meter estimate is a guide: waiting and traffic can affect the final metered fare.
See the meter tariffs →For an unlisted destination, the mileage estimate uses the road route from our Seaford Station base to your destination. Pickup positioning and extra stops may be added, depending on your route.
For example, a 50-mile Seaford-base route has a £140 base estimate, before any applicable additions. This is an illustration, not a quote for a particular destination.
We’ll look at the route, timing, pickup and any stops, then agree the fare with you. Send the details or call us to discuss the trip.
If we need to travel off your main route to reach the pickup, positioning is £3 per one-way road mile. Within one road mile of the route, there is no positioning charge; beyond that, the full measured distance applies.
Extra stops on the route or within half a road mile have no off-route charge. Further away, the full one-way off-route distance is £3 per mile. We’ll confirm any additions and the total before booking.
Distances use road routes. Short journeys outside the normal local pricing area, complex trips, festive dates and unusual arrangements need a personal quote.
Give us the full pickup and destination addresses, date, time and any extra stops. For a ferry, cruise or appointment, tell us the check-in or arrival deadline too.
Up to four passengers per car. Our estate cars usually carry up to three large cases and two bags of hand luggage, subject to their size. Mention bulky items so we can check the space.
Pay by cash or card, including contactless, in the taxi. Ask for a receipt when arranging your journey if you need one for your expenses.
Chris or Tom checks availability and confirms the arrangements. Sending the form is a request; your journey is booked only when we confirm it.
