Per car, up to four passengers. Once agreed, the same fixed price applies during the day, in the evening, at weekends and on bank holidays, except during the Christmas and New Year tariff periods below. All journeys are subject to availability. Confirm your pickup address, destination, additional stops and any waiting arrangements when booking.

Christmas: 20:00 on 24 December to 07:00 on 27 December.
New Year: 20:00 on 31 December to 00:01 on 2 January.
The standard fixed fares shown do not apply during these tariff periods. Please call to confirm your festive-period fare when booking.
The right entrance, at the right time
Use the entrance named on your appointment letter and allow time to check in. A friend or family member can travel within the four-passenger limit. We do not need your diagnosis or medical history.

Mention walking aids, luggage or practical access needs. Our cars are not wheelchair-adapted; fold-up wheelchairs can be carried subject to space. This is a taxi service, not medical or emergency transport.
