Choose a finish you can actually reach
A taxi needs road access. Agree a named car park or another clear meeting point rather than a pin on a footpath. Do not assume the nearest landmark has vehicle access.
Leave room for the day to change
Allow for breaks, photos and your group’s pace. Avoid making the last part of your walk a race to catch a car. Contact us as soon as you know your agreed time needs to change; a revised collection depends on availability.

Tell us about the whole group
Our cars carry up to four passengers. Mention large packs and other equipment when booking so we can confirm space. Luggage travelling with you is part of the passenger journey, not a separate bag-delivery service.
A longer walk needs a clear way home
